Many sellers on Etsy will custom make a sleeve to your desired dimensions, whether from inexpensive material like fabric/felt, or a pricier fine leather.

i just use a microfiber pouch from some sunglasses. perfect size!

They have suede pouches that accommodate the apple leather case.
I actually have one that I use with my apple leather case. It's pretty nice.
