Iphone 5 price vs. Iphone 4s price

If the rumors of two new Iphones coming out in October are true, how will they be priced? For example, AT&T upgrade prices for the newest Iphones are usually $199. So will the Iphone 4s be $199 and what about the Iphone 5,$299???? I hope not! 😕

My guess: 4s for $99 or 149.99 and the 5 for $200 or 250$ but probably $200 like it's always been.
