iPhone 5 Question

I have an iPhone 5 6.1.3 that used to be jail broken, however it got messed up (long story short) and I had to restore it. I have the SHSH blobs saved, for both 6.1.2 and 6.0.2 via Redsn0w but need help stitching them to my IPSW. Does anyone know how to do this, or if its even possible? Thanks!

It is not possible to use iOS6 SHSH, or restore to any iOS6 firmware not currently signed by Apple with iPhone 4S or iPhone 5
