iPhone iphone 5 restore and maintain 6.1.2

I currently have an iphone 5 running ios 6.1.2.

Can I restore to 6.1.2, avoiding 6.1.3? Or is that no longer an option? I cant find an answer. I know that with the 4s tiny umbrella was no longer working.

Unfortunately, you can not do that.
