I have white iphone 5, so I can easily notice the gap, the black line of the screen all around.

but there's a tiny difference btwn the left line and the right one. It's just 0.3~0.4 mm but I feel like a lot more huge from my naked eyes. lol

In short, the screen is not centered. Is this normal?

What do you mean? It shows you the exact measurements and positioning of where the screen should be. It validates that your screen is slightly de-centered.
