iPhone 5 SIM card not valid on tmobile ios7 but not ios6

My iPhone 5 brand new tmobile SIM card is not working on brand new phone from apple when updated to iOS 7. Genius bar has gone through 4 phones and still can't figure this out so left it on io6 for the time being. Does anyone know what this could be ? My old SIM card worked on iOS 7 until this week.

First SIM card was from tmobile then apple gave me a brand new one

Did you call it in to T-Mobile so it could be updated in their system?
