iPhone iPhone 5 Status Bar Icon Layering Problem

My iPhone's statusbar icons are layered. Theres additional icons beneath all my status bar icons. This occurs only in the homescreen. It doesn't happen in any other apps or the lockscreen . I've tried removing jailbreak tweaks that might be causing this, but nothings working. I have no idea what to do to fix this. any ideas?
