Resolved iPhone 5 texts not being received.

So, I'm on Verizon now and I have 1 person that doesn't get my texts. They get my pictures mms just fine, but no texts. They have a SG3.
I've treed turning iMessage on and off and it doesn't seem to make a difference. Any tips?

Are you on Verizon and they are on AT&T or Tmobile?
Sometimes when sending and receiving from different carriers I also have problems not being sent or they arrive many hours later.

They send from my device just fie. The person on the other end doesn't receive them. Only happens with a few numbers.

Yes, that's what I meant.
They send but the other person either never receives them or they get them like 6-7 hours later.
I see that happen some times when I send from my AT&T iphone to a verizon cellphone.

I don't understand how to fix this. I called VZW they keep blaming att... then it was iMessage. None seem to work. I found a thread over here

You can't fix something like that on your end.
It has to do with the carriers system and the path the text message travels from gsm to CDMA carriers network etc...

Apperently I can't send emojis to other phones not on the VZW network.... Thats the reason my text would get through....
