I have my SHSH blobs saved for 6.0.1 using TinyUmbrella. I'm A1429 (GSM & CDMA). I downloaded the 6.0.1 firmware CDMA version, and:

1. Start TSS Server in TinyUmbrella.
2. Enter DFU mode.
3. In iTunes, shift+restore and selected my firmware file.
4. While verifying restore with Apple (or one of the many steps during a restore) it gave me an error. I didn't take down the error number. :(

Any idea?

At the iPhone hacks section.
You dont need to do any of that with TU or dfu etc...
If Apple still signs 6.0.1 for the iphone 5 all you have to do is shift restore and select the stock i5 6.0.1 ipsw.
If Apple stopped signing 6.0.1 then even with shsh blobs saved you cannot downgrade. Even though you saved them they are still unusable for the iphone 5 and 4S cause there is no bootrom exploit for those devices.
