Dude!! Freakin' awesome wallpapers, especially the Spidey ones, can't get enough of Spidey! Keep 'em coming! Thanks for these!
Again, great wallpapers! My wallpapers are almost always superhero/comic book themed, so I can never have enough of these wallpapers so don't stop posting them! 
As for specific characters, I think more Carnage wallpapers would be cool. Of course, more Batman and Spider-Man, too. Venom's awesome, also.
EDIT: how about more of the female characters? Miss Marvel, Catwoman, Black Cat, poison ivy, etc?
