Could someone remove the broncos logo, insert the Iowa Hawkeyes logo, change the background to black and gold swoosh?

I'd be eternally grateful if someone could clean this image up for me. I'd love to use this a lock screen but my nun chuck skills are not that great.

Not quite sure what you want with this one. It's very pixellated and a reverse image search yielded no other sizes.
