Please can someone tell me, so I don't feel like I'm being ignored.

I want to have the shelves removed from this wallpaper so I can use it on the lock screen.

Is what I'm asking not possible to do?

Yes, I think it's pretty tough to get rid of those shelves. It would take a lot of time, and it would still look like c**p. The area that needs to be modified is simply too big with all those shadows and highlights. It would be much faster and cleaner to redo the thing from scratch IMO.
