Wow those look dope! So can we put this on our iPhone background? How? Sorry, this is my first iPhone :\.

If anyone would be kind enough to make me one with the lakers and colts symbol on one if its possible?

Sync it through iTunes or email to yourself.

In photoshop I wasn't getting the best result with the layers mode so I was brushing them through with a layer mask about 40%. I found they looked mor effective.

Yep, you lay the logo on top of the wood and set it to either darken or multiply. Sometimes one looks better, it's all about preference.

I do overlay... makes it brighter that way. Your images are looking pretty dark IMHO.

I like the darker look. Makes it look worn like the wood. I've seen some where they are too bright and ignore the dark areas between the slats of wood.

Not terrible but still darker than many whitewash wood stock images I've seen.

I might break down and buy some stock photography.... can use it in other projects....

I've seen some real good ones on some stock sites I use.

Anyone else see the smiley face in the knot in that graphic? 😱😀😛🙂

Overlay wont work for all however. You have to try several configurations. Overlay, darken, lighten, multiply, etc. Depending on the layered image.
