So the AT&T Death Star and Invader images are too small to look decent IMO. They are both only 320 pixels wide and need to be double that for iPhone 5 resolution. I don't have Photoshop so I can't help you with the Mario Bros one either. I did extend the top of the Jaws one to make it 640x1136 for you. In my hunt for a larger version of the Death Star wallpaper, (I couldn't find one that looked good BTW), I did run across this Star Wars image that only needed a little bit of cropping and resizing to work with our phones.
