Not well. It wouldn't fit well in the vertical format of the iPhone screen. This is the best that I could do. Had to compress the image quite a bit.

Here's an app for Mac users that automates the process. Simply drag and drop as many images as you like onto it, it'll copy them and save the iP5 version on the desktop.
