Guitar frets?

Has anyone done/seen an iPhone 5 background featuring a guitar fretboard? I'm envisioning something like all of the various shelf type wallpapers but with an ebony fretboard with dot inlays. Does such a thing exist or can someone clever do one?

The fading on the light effect seemed to strong on the one posted by andrewfee, so i gave it a go myself, so now theres a choice of how much of a fade effect you want.

Can you make this same wallpaper for iPhone 5.
