There is a cool app called iResize and it allows you to take any photo and resize it to any dimension. However it will not crop any photos but resizing them works great. If you have a photo app like camera+ or camera awesome, etc, most of them have a cropping tool in them, it can be cropped, then imported to iResize for its final transition. This would be a good app for those now knowing exactly how to crop & resize wallpaper for your iPhone.

EDIT, the app photoForge allows you to crop and the dimensions are shown.

I'm sorry to be annoying but i meant that where you put carrier right now, should be signal, and where signal was before should have been carrier. It really does look nice as a wallpaper, better than the older blueprint wallpaper.

Oh, one thing i really liked was the one box that has lines through the corners (4th row, second from right). Would it be possible to make all the boxes look like that?
