iPhone 5 wants to connect to iTunes?

After downloading and installing (i think) iOS9 my iPhone 5 (spare phone) is showing the iTunes signs. Why would this be? Ive never connected it think.. i do everything OTA.

Happened to a co worker here. Ran the OTA and it went into restore mode. You have to use iTunes.

Thanks, yes i did it as well. Updated and everything works.
