i have a problem with the my iphone because i have the the "purple spot"
http://imageshack.us/a/img28/7568/s0xw.jpg in the camara and problems with the lighting connector so i decide to put my iphone in service with my operator (TELCEL MEXICO because there is not genius bar or apple store near my city) and they tell me my iphone is out of warranty because it has scratches around the phone...

i just wanna now if this is too scratched to put it out of warranty... :confused:

i just wanna know if i seend my iphone or going to my nearest apple store they accept my phone to fix the camara spot and the charging problem :confused: also i still have my year of warranty
 
Yea they are wrong. An apple store would replace the phone under warranty for the purple spots regardless of that minor damage.

When you call, I suggest that you let them know that the problems with the camera existed long before the physical damage and that you just haven't had a chance to call in about it.
