one of my relative is visiting us(Chicago) and will return next week.
now i want to get a iPhone 5 through him but scenario is that

1. my relative don't have a permanent us address (i.e. no eBay)

2.as he is just travelling so he also don't have a ssn no.(i.e. no carrier off contract)

i would really appreciate if you guys could guide me to get that unlocked iPhone 5

If he's visiting you why would you want to get an iPhone 5 through him?
I don't understand...
Just buy one from apple - an att model - you don't need an SSN if you buy it outright.
