Guys,

I'm on my 3rd iPhone 5c and all have had the clicking screen issue. Apple store will no longer replace as they have done so twice already and are now telling me it's within tolerances.

This is by far the worse one I've had yet it clicks as I type/touch on the left side of screen.

Does any suggest what my next move is? Contact Apple HQ?

Matt

If the store / store manager will not entertain you and the issue is causing issue then e mail them for assistance and escalate as you see fit.

Just an update.

Apple Store put in a request to upgrade my 5c to a 5s to corporate if I paid the $100 difference.

They said as I got it from T-Mobile and not the Apple store that needed the go ahead from the higher up's.

They called yesterday and told me that I could come in and swap for a 5s. Man I wish I got the 5s to begin with, LOVE IT!

I've only run into this issue once(and it was involving a defective A/C adapter for a MBP), but I simply called AppleCare and spoke with the folks there. They were able to send a replacement part for my MBP and i just returned the defective part using the pre-paid shipping label that was included in the box.
