I believe it is carrier and model specific. So you will need an iPhone 5c logic board from a Sprint phone.
You're completely wrong. All logic board are interchangable regardless of carrier. They will fit in any housing of same 5 or same 5C or same 5S.
You can put a logic board from any iphone 5 to any iphone 5 housing of any carrier
You can put a logic board from any iphone 5C to any iphone 5C housing of any carrier
You can put a logic board from any iphone 5S to any iphone 5S housing of any carrier
