iPhone 5c sound problems

Iphone 5c has no sound and is saying headphones are plugged in when they aren't, I can phone people and they can hear me but I cant hear them and itube will play but with no sound. Have checked speaker jack and plugged headfnes in and out a few times, can any1 help???

Try rebooting the phone. If that doesn't fix it, you should probably talk to Apple about getting a replacement.

Make sure there isn't any dirt or lint in the port...that can cause issues. Otherwise, see Apple about it.
