iPhone 5c Squeak/Creek

The top right side and rear of my 5c squeaks and creeks when you hold the phone. Its been getting worse over the past week and the phone is only 2 weeks old.

Do i go back to T-Mobile as i'm in the EIP Program or just take it to Apple Store?

I went to T-Mobile and they said go to Apple then return to T-Mobile so they could update the IMEI Number under the Warranty Replacement option on their system.

Everything went smoothly and apple swapped out the phones, i even got a new phone and not a refurbished so i was even happier.
