White box, with a white phone, and a white background is a HUGE advertising no no. I mean it's just a box, but what the hell Apple?

Silver looks amazing, just like the silver on the 5. The one I really want to see in person is the Gold though. Still undecided on Silver or Gold. I've already ruled out the Space Grey, the grey metal band killed any interest I had in the black iPhone.

That iPhone 5S box looks terrible.

I second that. The box looks like it's a fake :(

It's a box. Who cares?

alot of people. thats who cares.

it isn't fake, it's the same box posted on apple's website.

I created a thread about that white box a few days back and some people just keep complaining on the thread that it was 'just a box'. lol Glad to see I'm not the only one that found it ugly.

I agree with the above comment.

Reason: Why is the iTunes icon missing on the home screen as shown on the iPhone boxes?

maybe because it's not flat?

Is that a lightning to micro-usb adapter that's included?

Yes but those are not included in box for US version. They are included for Europe. If you are interested why, there are articles floating around online I believe.

Visit the Apple site to see what's included in box for the US version. Same old

Maybe something is just wrong with my eyes but the box above is missing the pink/purple colored iTunes icon, while the one shown on Apple's web site has that icon printed. My question now will be why that iTunes icon is missing. Does this have anything to do with that packaging being released for different market regions or something?

Below are links from Apple's web site.

There's no iTunes store in China. Maybe that's why.

Check out the box at the bottom of the page and you'll see there's no iTunes store icon. http://www.apple.com/cn/iphone-5s/specs/

I played with the space grey and it's the ugliest. You can't see the finger print ring because it's the same color as the phone (black) so the button looks like an indented disk. Very very ugly, like an iPhone 5 with its home button fallen off.

That's great. I was hoping the ring wouldn't stand out like on the other two.

so, like for iphone 5c the white/silver version comes by default with white wallpaper to match the color of the phone?

i wonder if gold come with some kind of champagne color wallpaper and of course the standard iOS7 wallpaper match the black one

New home button is so ugly. I really liked the minimalistic design of the front, the ring has completely ruined that.

I think the best combo is actually the brown leather case with the gold iPhone 5S. It creates an effect where the gold outline of the home button blends in with the rest of the phone, resulting in a less distracting look.

which defeats the purpose of the gold phone, because the band is covered up.

I dunno. I can't justify getting one of their cases. JMHO

woop wooop soon we'll see unboxing videos, reviews and scratch tests, but will it blend :D
