iPhone 5S/6 or Note 3/4 or GE Xperia Z Ultra

Hello,

I'm not into modifying or rooting any device as its too risky and I was just wondering what should I go with as I need/want a big screen 4.7"+ and would require amazing battery life. Also wireless charging and NFC would be nice.

I have the 5s and note 3 combo and I think it offers best of both worlds and sizes. When my jeans are too tight and I can't comfortably fit the note in my pocket, the 5s is my companion for the night. Although I would much prefer a bigger screen on the iPhone but I doubt that will come to fruition until the 6s.
