iPhone 5S burning hot during charging

Just charged the phone for about 20 mins, came back to check on it, and it's burning hot.

Idk if this is normal with the 5S. This is the first time it's been this hot for any iPhone's I have had.

Perhaps some stuck app/process? You might want to try restarting the phone.
