Help me, my iPhone 5S won't charge unless it's turned off
 
Using what? Computer? Apple charger? third party charger?

using the charger apple and pc does not recognize it. the only way I can charge the iPhone is off and connect the charger. help.!!!

Does it show the lightning bolt? The problem is that if you are using your device while trying to charge, the charger barely has enough capacity to run your device, much less charge it at the same time. It will, at least, stop the draining of your battery. Stop using your device while on the charger and it will charge quicker. I also use my iPad charger which has a little more capacity.

the problem is that the lightning bolt is not shown, not recognize the charger and I tried another apple charger and also with one of ipad. the only way I can load the iphone is turning it off and connect the charger. i don´t know what is the problem?

I assume you are using an Apple charger and USB cord. Have you tried rebooting the phone?

Might be time to have Apple take a look at it.
