iPhone 5S: error 40

I got an iphone 5S, it got discharged and then i puted it on the charger, but nothing happened; I holded the power and home button, the backlight turned on. When I pluged it on the computer, the iTunes told me it was on recovery mode, but I tried to restore it and keep getting ERROR 40.

Windows PC
Firewall is off
