has to be applecare+ for that = dds up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage, each subject to a $79 service fee plus applicable tax.

IMO ask how much they will charge to replace the screen alone w/out warranty though.

I know they sell kits online to replace the screen, but I think I will pass on the chance of screwing up the phone.

Do the small stores that replace screens a decent option?
