I wouldn't doubt that Apple continues to drag along a smaller sized model of iPhone. I say drag as they will probably have it be the "C" model and give it older specs, but I don't think the trend of having a larger phone isn't going anywhere anytime soon. My reasoning behind this is that people are going for more all in one devices than before, and along with that the amount of media consumption people do continues to increase. Even though you can consume media just fine on a smaller device, it is just a much nicer experience on larger screens. We all know Apple loves to make the user experience as nice and profit inducing as possible, so they will continue to make these larger phones to help drive those margins. Honestly I don't know when it will all stop. I've been on Android for a while, and I remember when 4.3" was big, then 4.7", 5.0", 5.2"... For the average consumer they want a nice media device while also making it portable, and larger screens happen to win out more often than not. But sometimes I just want a tiny phone I can easily slip in my pocket and take with me... Oh the "problems" associated with choice 😉
