Does an SE count? This is my current setup, but I'll be honest: I can seem to get happy with either my phone or iPads layout. I kind of like this single page layout.

The generic "App" folder is for utility apps that act as widgets or extensions and apps that I launch seldom so I just use spotlight for them.

Might come back when I have something better, although I like what I have
