iPhone 5s Homebutton Loud Click

All iPhones 5s have a "clicky" home button, it is due to new design - finger print scanner, outer ring and Safire top.
Get over it guys, it still works the way it always did, but now with the bonus of click ;)
It certainly doesn't affect it's functionality...

The louder click is not the problem. I may start a new thread. Loudness is NOT the problem.

How long have you had your iPhone? Some posters have had success just allowing the button to "wear in".

I was/am in the same situation, but the iPhone seems to have "corrected itself" after wearing down a bit. No doubt I get the occasional crunchy click but it is nowhere near as bad as it was before.

If that isn't satisfactory and it's something you can easily replicate then exchange it. There wouldn't be any reason Apple wouldn't allow an exchange (at least you would think).

I would rather have a loud click than no click at all. I have had two phones (iPhone 4 and iPhone 5) and the power button failed on both of theses phones. Of course, the phone was out of warranty in both cases. On the 4, when I took it to Apple they told me I was SOL and that I would have to live with ether really mashing the button down to get it to work or buy a new phone. I was pissed, but the 5 was due to come out soon and I was planning on upgrading, so I let it slide. Eventually, I upgraded to the 5 and to my astonishment, after a year and a half of use, the power button started having the same stinking issue (very hard pressure to engage). I took it to Apple they gave me the same answer, you are SOL. You can ether use the new iOS7 soft buttons, or buy a new phone. This time I was really pissed, because I was planning on keeping this phone a while longer and I could not believe Apple did not redesign this button for heaver use. Eventually, I talked to one of the store managers and, out of the goodness of his heart, he offered me a one time warranty on my phone and gave me a replacement. Now I use the soft buttons as a mater of GP to save the wear and tear on the hard buttons. Twice bitten... Long story short, I would rather have a loud click, than a wimpy button.
