iPhone 5S Space Grey problem

I have a little problem with my iPhone 5S Space Grey. Besides the home button when i press with my finger, the phone case crackles, maybe isnt good glued. Has anyone this problem ?

My first 5s did something similar, except on the left side right where the "Q" displays on the virtual keyboard. Apple swapped it out without any questions.

My other 5s had a clicking noise on the top right corner. I took it to the apple store mad they replaced it for me.

I have never seen an Apple Store.
There are a thousand ATT, Sprint, TMOB, Verizon, etc out here where I live, but an actual Apple Store might as well be on the Moon for me -

did you even try checking their website to see where the closest one is? they are usually in big malls. i have 3-4 within 20 miles of me (one being 10 mins away). for some people, they can be as far as 3 hours away though.

Call up Apple and they'll send you a box.

I was just stating, I have NEVER seen an apple store, (think I would have walked/drove by one by now) -
