Iphone 5s suddenly cant connect to cellular data

I restored network settings and still my iphone 5s cant connect to mobile data.. there is 4 or 5 bars of signal...

what could be the problem?

Contact your carrier.
Most of the time the problem is from them.

I get the update, mine is global model.


Also probably mine sim card doesnt work properly.. I will try later with new one.
