iPhone 5S volume buttons stuck

ive had my iPhone 5s for about 2 weeks and just last night i went to try and use the volume buttons and neither press in, but when i press the volume down button it gets stuck and keeps putting the volume down even though it doesn't actually press in. I don't really use these buttons so its not really a problem and i don't know if the apple store would have a replacement if i brought it in for one. anyone else having this problem?

you can bring it to an apple store and if they can replicate the issue, they will give you a new one as youre covered under their 1 yr warranty against defects.
