iPhone 6 16gb, storage use wrong

Greetings,

So Ive got a 16gb iphone 6 here and it says its used 11.5gb and has ~500mb free,
However when i add up all the listed apps i get to only 4.6GB.

Is the rest the OS? Surely not, ~7gb!!
I was under the impression that its 16gb - what the OS needs and then you are left with the remaining ~12gb

Ive done a full restore and its changed nothing.

Do you get the same numbers when you plug it into a mac system and check in iTunes?

Not that unusual. Between the OS and "other" that the phone OS needs to run, it is likely correct. DO you have any images of videos?

itunes says it has 5.88GB available!!
Interestingly enough though when i first plug it in it shows a 4.9GB video file as in the bar an then it dissapears and says 5.88gb free.
Something is weird here

I have 1.5 gb of photos etc but thats it, allready delete stuff all the time

Clean out you recently deleted folder in images/videos

Maybe just a coincidence but i know i purchased oblivion on itunes a long time ago. The file is 4.9gb (i have it on my ipad) and as itunes was briefly displaying a 4.9gb video file is there a chance there is some bug and my phone is, i dunno, reserving storage space or thinking it has the file or a different one?
