iPhone 6/6 Plus Speaker Volume

With the much recent upward trend of mobile speakers like jawbone and other various small bluetooth speakers. How does the new iPhones music speaker stack up?

Is there even any difference at all in speaker volume/quality versus the previous iPhone models?

Still waiting to receive my 6 Plus and I got curious because that is always a feature that I wish to be improved on a year to year basis.

This is actually a topic that used to be on every sought after iPhone update, but people don't really bring it up anymore. On my 6 compared to 5, the speaker sounds louder, wider, and clearer! Huge improvement overall.

The speaker on my new iPhone 6 is MUCH louder & clearer than on any iPhone I've owned previously. I wish it were stereo...but it ain't too bad as it is.
