My wife ordered an iPhone 6 (Silver) 64Gb back on November 14th and still hasn't received it. She just called the Sprint store here in Atlanta that she ordered it from and they have no record of her ordering it.

Meanwhile, we've got a receipt showing the order number, the barcode, the register id, and the salesperson's name, and my credit card paid the receipt. She's about to head down to the store to give'em hell. :)

wow...I can't believe this thread is still viable and people are just getting there Sprint phones.

So after nine weeks of waiting and then Sprint telling us they didn't have any record of my wife ordering her phone, we went to another Sprint store tonight and bought a 6. They offered us $100 trade-in for her 5 (about $130 less than they offered nine weeks ago), and I laughed and just kept it for use as an iPhone. I am NOT very happy with Sprint right now.

I am very sad. Unfortunately I can not pre-order because I do not qualify for the upgrade.

I'm pretty sure you can't "Pre-order" the iPhone 6, because it's been out for about 5 months now.

Also, Sprint SUCKS with Pre-orders. I traded in my iPhone 4S and they gave me $200 credit because of a promotion, and so I the worker applied that to the iPhone 6 16GB pre-order. So the iPhone comes out, and we didn't receive any tracking number, or any order number or anything. So I call the store we pre-ordered it at, and the employee who ordered it for us, isn't there. There's also no history of any order of an iPhone 6, even though we were charged for the Tax on the $200. So I chatted with them for awhile and said for my troubles I wanted the 64GB model, they said no and then gave us his number so we could chat on the phone. So we call him, and he says "So you want the 64GB model because of your troubles...I can do that"......??!?! So I got the 64GB model, for free, with an iPhone 4S trade in, and they also overnighted the phone. So it worked out for me :D I really feel bad for the people just receiving theirs now though, lol.

What do you guys think about the new Sprint I phone for life plan ? It seems like it could be a good deal............
.
Sprint's new ad on TV says why pay twice as much for Verizon when their service is within 1% of Verizon's. Consider this:
There are 720 hours in a month and my Verizon has had 100% (perfect) service for months and months. If Sprint has 1% less, that means they have over 7 hours of bad service per month. LOL

Or interpreted a different way, your numbers could mean 7 hours of bad service per month in places the Sprint customer never goes and does not live.

Or seven hours of being slower in speeds by 1%.

An hour here, an hour there, a few minutes over here maybe.

I'm no fan of Sprint (we ported out after 16 years) but this isn't 2010-2011 any more.
