I recently got a replacement phone about a month and a half ago. I used to never let my phone die out. Since I got this phone, I always let it run down to 1% or even die. I usually get about almost two days on a single charge.

My question is, is it normal? Is it also normal for the battery to lose less of a charge at 100-70 then lose faster around 50-0?

Here are my screenshots.

Why are you letting it run down at all? I get 2 days out of my phone and never get below 20%.

Maybe not using it as much as you but you really shouldn't be draining your battery right down each charge.

well, I use safari a lot, use facebook, twitter, play some games, watch some videos, listen a few songs, .. even on 4G I stilll getting great battery life!! battery life is becoming better on my 6+ since I downloaded ios 8.2.. now with Ios 8.3 is even better!!!!!!!

I've had two iPhones not keep a proper charge because of that. I would never go below like 40. Eventually when I got down to 30 it would die

My 6+ battery is better than yours. I got 14 hours on a single charge

Not web browsing or using location-based apps you didn't. Or playing games.
I get between 9 and 10 hours of usage from my 6+ before the battery dies. To get more than that you would need to have a lot of music playing, plenty of phonecalls and less internet-based activity.

To the OP, people saying that they get 2 days on a charge or that they get 14 hours of usage time is pretty meaningless. You need to know what their usage patterns are, how strong their phone signal is and how far away they are from a WiFi router etc.

As for battery drain, it is perfectly normal for the first 50% to last longer than 0-50. The first 10% lasts the longest of all.

TC, just look at your reception, 2 bars... thats a weak signal and most likely the main contributor to your less than stellar battery life...

your bluetooth is turned on as well...

honestly, your battery life seems fine...

Thanks so much for responding guys! Exactly, I thought the same thing. It seems fine but I'm just anal about battery life.

I just purchased a mophie powerstation mini for the days when I need it towards the end of the evening.

Thanks so much!

I used my 6+ almost all day..... web browser, watching videos... used some dating apps..., then I play some games
... It was 100% on the morning

Now at night its still 55%!!!!

i have the 6+ and i get 5-6 hours of heavy usage, and about 10 hours of standby....not very good, but honestly, still lasts a day for me. about 10-15% left at end of the day.

Yes it's totally normal.I get between 6-7 hours with heavy usage(my Bluetooth is always turned off though) and between 10-11 normal usage(I have about 5-10% left at that time)
14 hours is impossible unless you pretty much don't do anything with your phone
