I had an iPhone 4 > 5 > 6 and never seen this before
My iPhone 6 is never been jailbroken and its like 2 weeks old, 8.1
it happened all in a sudden, the iHeartradio was running and playing music in the background while I was texting in WhatsApp then a blank blue screen shows up for less than a second what next was the Apple logo of course, it just rebooted like nothing happened
i just never seen this before... wow apple what a crash

So is it a software or a hardware problem my phone is going through cause if it is a hardware problem i will have to request for a replacement...

Pretty sure it's software. My 5 has crashed twice since upgrading to 8.1 and my wife's 6 plus was crashing a few times a day before she traded it in for a 6.

I had a 6+ have a hardware failure. I turned it on and it then proceeded to crash and go into a reboot cycle. Apple replaced it promptly and the new phone has been running great in 8.1

Hope you get it figured out
