iPhone 6 brightness problem

Hi, my iPhone 6 is still on iOS 10.3.3 and for two days the brightness drops alone. I have always used the iPhone with the auto brightness off, but now if I open the control center I find the brightness set at a level lower than the maximum level set by me a few minutes earlier. I did a factory reset but continues to show up the problem. I want to avoid iOS 11, what would I do?
