Why can't it have an improved OIS 13 MP camera that's optimized properly? The sensor needs to see more pixels to keep people happy when they upgrade yearly.
To me...the camera is one of the most important upgrades! I use my iPhone canera much more then my DSLR!
If the rumors are true and the camera lens does stick out you can guarantee there will be big improvements other than megapixels. There is no way they would have a camera lens stick out of the phone unless it offer a major boost
13MP sensor from Sony with Electronic Image Stabilization, not optical image stabilization. The camera size is the indicator. No OIS here.
How is Electronic Image Stabilization VS Optical Image Stabilization?
Less room required in the phone and costs less. More pixels are needed to correct/hide minor digital artifacts, hence 13mp.
I bet it'll stay the same. And the tech sites and Samsung will bash apple for it.
8MP are more than enough for a mobile device.
What I want is better lens, OIS and bigger pixels on the sensor. That way they can enhance the camera quality, adding MP is just marketing
So one isn't much better then the other?
