I really like the Moshi colored screen protector so I saw this on eBay for roughly $11. It's tempered glass and has oleophobic coating. I just find it easier to install and love that it surrounds the home button. I know it's inexpensive and comes from China but I will see when it arrives. I ordered for the 6+ And it's black even though it looks otherwise in the pic.
In all the pics the clarity looks very foggy. Not sure whether that's just the pics or if it is a bit foggy.

That eBay ad shows nothing about it being a real Moshi product.

I apologize for I may have not been very clear in my post. I like Moshi's style of screen protectors and since they're not available I bought the one shown. I've been a fan of colored screen protectors as opposed to clear sheets.

so there's actually someone posted more pictures of that screen protector in the "recommended full coverage sp thread" however that user's post was removed and banned. not sure why.

anyway i have been a long term user of imos. currently my devices are all slapped on with a imos corning screen protector.

imos has been collaborating with gtoc taiwan ( one of corning's partner) to make these screen protectors.

whats the difference with other brands like iloome/ spigen/ moshi/ mimeusa/ bodyguardz and so on?

they use SODA LIME GLASS. which is not as hard as Corning glass, and does not lasts as long too.

their oleophobic coating is just phenomenal. i have used all the brands i mentioned above for their tempered glass protectors and hands down nothing can come close to imos's corning screen protector

I have pre ordered the 3D corning glass protector by imos and will post up pictures to review it once i have it.

p.s. wanna hear more great news? the best thing about this glass is that it works perfectly fine with the powersupport air jacket as well as the apple leather case.

uploaded pictures is the actual photo of the screen protector itself with the apple leather case.

also works with the screen protector is the innerexile hydra case, which has self heal ability against light scratches

Thanks, looking forward to your review..weird how they don't have a white one.

I just got the 2 I ordered off Ebay. They are just flat pieces of glass with painted border. When applied (I don't plan to), there will be a sharp overhang. Not too thrilled about that. At leas iLoome has some filling of this gap.

Hope Moshi is better.

Would LOVE it if OP glass comes through...

No worries. Actually reading your post again, I'm the one at fault...because you never really said the ones you showed the eBay link to were in fact ones produced by Moshi. My bad.

BUT...check out the new full-coverage SP's from Moshi at the above website link. They look much better than the iLoome product IMO...like a "Gen-2" upgrade or something. But, they are $25 or so vs. the cheap eBay $11 jobs too. Guess it's a matter of how much you are willing to spend. You usually get what you pay for. ;)

Isn't this SP like $60 USD? That's practically ridiculous unless you know different

Thanks, guess I'll pass on the eBay ones. I'm also waiting for the Moshi glass protector. So far their plastic one looks good, but I'm not a huge fan of the anti-glare/matte look.

Yup, they have preorders going on right now for RM 199.00 (~60.69 USD).

I'm just so wound up by this SP race. I won't get my 6+ until December(if they have stock for walk-in) and I really want the moshi XT or glass. I'm just impatient. Already have two Ringke fusion cases and just want the full coverage color bezel SP

I checked out the IMOS site...but I can't read Malay...or is it Cantonese? Anyway, I can't understand the script.

Is there a link to preorder in USD?

im getting this sp too but its in mandarin. i have taiwanese girlfriend who read it and says that they will produce it in october and it really does cover the curved edges. thats all i know. doesn't seem to be a pre order option yet but im assuming they will very soon. i'd send you a link but im at work and don't have that bookmark url with me.

for me its either this or the moshi...hope they don't disappoint

For $60 usd Imos must be crazy. I love quality but I'm not forking over $60 for a glass screen protector. $30…I can do

Been following progress on the imos Solid Ex 3D Corning Glass Screen as they seem to have the best looking full coverage sp based on detailed pictures.

According to this preorder page, it won't ship for another month.

Wonder if it works with cases.
A compatibility list has been started here as well.

Tons of detailed pictures here.

Here's a video of the sp installed along with the Power Support Air Jacket. IMHO this looks the the best case/sp combo by far.

It seems to justify the price for imos 3D glass because they are using Corning Gorilla glass.
Any idea approximately what is the cost of these Corning glass?

$60 USD is ridiculous? Mate I live in third world country and for this price i can use that money for a month's worth of grocery. (Ringgit Malaysia 199)

why i'd pay that much? answer is simple. they live up to what they claim about their screen protectors. iloome screenmate is good just because its a us brand? bodyguardz/ armorz/ mimeusa/ perfect fit i have tried all of them, and let me repeat again, they do not use corning gorilla glass to make their tempered glass protectors. they use SODA LIME glass. do yourself a favor and google up what is their difference. those listed companies with soda lime glass they don't even last a day's worth inside my pocket surviving minor hairline scratches from the dust/sand particles inside. For imos's corning, they can survive it long enough until i actually have to rub my pants pocket on the screen deliberately only the hairline scratches can be done.

this is all my personal experience. i'm quite ocd on my phone and i would say imos has did a great job (infact groundbreaking) for making this actual FULL COVERAGE of the iphone 6/6plus screen protectors, not like some companies who claim its full but still have ugly color linings on the side and the home button bottom area is not covered.

typing all these won't make a difference, i will let the picture do the talking once i get my hands on it.

Thank for the info. I definitely will follow up with research and keep an eye out for your review

70 bucks for a tempered glass protector is getting awfully close to the deductible to replace your iphone under applecare +

How much is applecare ?

Found out it is $99.00 from Apple Store online

if you already have have apple care, I don't think its worth it. If you don't have apple care then it looks pretty good then.

you're right on the initial cost of applecare, but the deductible is 79 IIRC. I would get applecare anyways for my device regardless of which protector I have on it. I could get a techarmor or something to tide me over if I decide to purchase this protector. I must have missed the preorder deal by an hour then since it's already 2am(26th) there

This photo makes the glass look quite thick:

This is the underside of the glass:

"Because of the curved display, there will be a gap between the edges of the screen and the glass protector. Hence, if no colour was added to the gap between the display, it will greatly affects the aesthetic of the phone."

I'll have to wait on the reviews to decide.

Patricia is right iloome is the best so far. Have the onyx black on my 6 plus now and it covers edge to edge and it's awesome

iLoome the Best Tempered Glass Screen Protector so far, based on my experienced its the only full edge to edge screen protector, I already bought 3 screen screen protectors from other companies and they all failed.

Found this on Amazon and so far so good although seems thick but still it is much better compared to other products, so I guess this is the best screen protector for iPhone 6, what do you think? Here is the one i bought iLoome Glass Screen protector

Did you know that iLoome is currently developing a new version for iiPhone 6?
