You bought a review unit? Can you post a zoom picture on the corner sides with lit lcd?Side view. Not top or birds eye view.. Thanks.. I would like to see if there is a gap between the curved glass and the imos.

there you go, i got the review unit foc, as i know the boss personally. he needs end user's opinion before he starts selling it.

I've been waaaaaaiiittiiinngggg for that for the longest time but they never put a release date on it or where to buy it T_T

they have yet to finalize the product to be ready for sale, thats the reason for the delay, first batch of customers are having touch screen issues. the unit i received so far has none of the issues as they have changed different type of adhesive.

I see you have a flip case with the imos SP, when putting the phone into the case with the imos, does the SP raise up at all or interfere with the case's edges. Is it fully compatible with the case you put it in without any problems?

no problems with the flip case i am using, its a totu design flip case. and yes the sp slightly has a raise up.

Imos 3D looks like a winner.

I have asked the company on their Facebook page where it can be purchased, and they are to get back to me. Looks to only be in Asia right now.

I have the Nilikin on and in order for it to feel decent, I have the PS snap on case (many others do not work), so it feels like a smooth transition on the edge. Since it is flat, it makes the phone feel larger. Like a wide 5 with a flat front.

its available in asia for now, previously one of their resellers in malaysia tried to promote the product however the account got banned. that reseller was trying hard to contact runaroundtech, erica griffin, and most of the famous youtubers to try to review the imos, but seems like they tend ignore countries from asia?

thanks. i hope it will only cost 20$ to compete with iLoome. how is the clarity? 99% clear?

I'm using the I carez love love love love it!

----------

I don't see any issues my case reaches to the cover (I carez it goes right to the the sensor and camera ) than its done. Covers the bottom I don't really see what's the big issue? No bubbles and the easiest installation ever!
I think this is ALLLL il ever get!
I had an MVP battery from vaping hit another protector (plastics) and the plastic had a RIP and I thought I broke the screen LOL
Nope!
I recommend a protector I love them!

the price is unfortunately above the $20 price range due to the materials are made from real corning gorilla glass, not soda lime glass like other companies such as iloome/armorz/spigen etc. the final price will be roughly iPhone 6 $57.5 / iPhone 6+ $60.8

omg. Good luck for the pricing.. Hehe. Is it a lifetime warranty and replacement? For that pricing, it should be. Right?

My canaloo order was cancelled. I received an email stating that they where having production issues. :(

thats some high pricing. im hoping it'll come down after it makes up for its margins because that is almost double of most companies have it out for. companies like spigen, moshi, iloome etc etc all well known and have great products are selling them under 40. hoping it'll come with more than just a screen shield like a goody bag when it ships because 60 is...very, very steep for a screen protector.

Actually, I did get a reply back within about 12 hours:

"Thank you for reaching out to us! Please take the protection film off then you will see it is true black. As for the edge to edge design, can you please send us a picture of the glass you received on the phone? We designed our glass as case friendly so most cases can fit well. Our top priority is that you are 100% satisfied with our glass. You will get full refund with shipping if our product does not meet with your expectation. However, please give it a try. As always, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions and we will be happy to help!"

I did peel back part of film, and it is not true black. It is silver and reflective. Here is the best I can do pic wise. The Mime is laying over the iloome, so all the black you see is the part where it falls short of the edge.

I am sending them the picture, and asking for the refund.

Update: They already sent me a postage paid label to return the item. While I did not like the glass, their customer service was top notch.

I'm about to pull the trigger on mime's ghost glass color after watching this review:

http://youtu.be/1YvKd35pmro

It looks very black to me (maybe a newer batch?) and though it doesn't quite cover 100% of the glass, it looks good, and I think it will work well with a case.

Looks like the Nilikan. Again, a flat piece of glass. When I removed it, even after having a case on the phone the covered the exposed edges, there was a nice rim of dust under the edges.

It also makes the phone feel bigger, since it essentially raises the rounded edges of the native screen up to make it flat.

iMos looks great, but not readily available yet.

anyone tried the liquid nano screen protectors? This is a sure edge to edge if what they says on the add holds true.

Link

seems like i need an interim soltion

my 6 plus should arrive (fingers crossed) within the next 10 days, gotta put a screen and back protector right out of the box.

I have to admit I'm kinda lost, seems as though corner to corner products are still in beta stage and it will take a few months before we see good products at reasonable prices. (that imos 3d looked good until the $60 bomb was dropped :))

so, since I do not like to case my devices I need a good tempered glass screen protector and back protector. any recommendations that are available now?

I haven't used this brand, but I've been using Liquid Armor for several years and currently have it on my 6+. I think you can still get it from Amazon, though it may have been discontinued.

That being said, I have no idea whether these liquid protectors work. For all I know, they are purely a placebo. I'm using Liquid Armor only because there is nothing decent out right now in terms of tempered glass and I have some lying around, so why not.

I think the theory is that the liquid coats the screen and then any scratches can be buffed out of the top coating. I've seen YouTube video tests, but they are always done with keys and knives which are useless since those won't scratch Gorilla Glass anyway. If someone wants to test this stuff with sand, then we'd be talking.

That's was I thought as well, there is no way to check if there is indeed an added layer after applying the liquid, one review I stumbled onto said the same thing, it seems to be only a placebo effect.

Why is imos Corning Glass so EXPENSIVE?

Answer:
As the name has mentioned, imos is using Corning glass while most brands in the market are using soda lime glass (also known as enhanced glass, premium glass, hardened glass, tempered glass, advanced tempered glass and many more, however you wanted to call it)
Corning is probably the best glass in the market right now, and that's why companies like Samsung, Apple, HTC, LG, Motorola and more are using it for the screen. If it's not the best, do you think Corning will be used in more than 3 Billion phones?
Here's a video comparison between a Corning Gorilla Glass and a Soda Lime Glass for notebook.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z7vzN7L4NPs
Note: Corning gorilla glass is not indestructible but it's has higher durability against a soda lime glass.
Hope this answer those who ask "Why imos Corning is so EXPENSIVE?"

Pls. send the link where we can find that IMOS is included under the official gorilla glass website. If not included, more or less fake.

their glass is supplied by gtoc, which is one of cornings' partner in taiwan. Link to the proof?

here is the link of the imos page in facebook of them showing a visit to the company https://www.facebook.com/1718606562...1860656206763/787191221340367/?type=1&theater

AND also

details of the 3D corning glass itself.

http://moscoat.pixnet.net/blog/post/188115237

there's a reason for the price itself, you look at all the big companies who charge a price tag of 40 usd per glass and they don't offer full coverage...

look at iloome, they claim they are the first who offer full coverage but how was the response from end users?

mimeusa has their own full coverage but is it made from corning glass?

there's a reason why they delay the launching, is to make the screen protector perfect for whats its charged for the price tag.

also, for the price tag, if you want something good in life, it doesn't always come cheap.

i don't work for imos nor i am a fanboy of them, i just support them for the quality they offer.

hope these helps. peace out.

If you with the company, it is not respectable (or possibly allowed) to bash other companies here. If you do not work with iMos, I apologize.

Anybody shipping to US. One source I have says "coming soon".

Thanks

I've been reading some Asian forums and found more pics of the aegis. I think it looks very nice on the white iPhone:

http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/89641979-post2423.html

The first batch of black doesn't look quite as nice but I think the newer version may have black silicone instead of clear.

For less than $30 I think it's a good option. Not super case friendly however there's one user that managed to squeeze it into a ringke fusion.

Here's a roundup of edge to edge someone posted:
