iPhone 6 facetime volume way too loud

Is it just me or is facetime's volume on the iPhone 6 really loud on the lowest level? I have to put my thumb over the speaker sometimes so people around me wont overhear my conversation.

Yep, minimum is like 30-50% volume, just one of the tons of things broken iOS 8.
