iPhone 6 Highlight problem

Is it me or has anyone else encountered this problem?

When I highlight a word on BBC News for example and then click elsewhere on the page to get off the highlight it doesn't actially go off. It carries on highlighting for a while?

Running iOS 8.0.2

Can anyone confirm this?
