iPhone 6+ international traveling

I'm going to Mexico less than month from now. Have a 6+ unlocked and was wondering if to add ATT international plan or buy a Mexico sim card? I will be traveling for 8 days total. What you think? Thanks!

Do you need data, or will you have enough wifi? If you need data I would go with a local plan, if it's just for calling you're probably fine with a roaming plan since that gives you the benefit of keeping the same number during your trip.
