iPhone 6+ keeps crashing W/ Apple Watch

So I am enjoying my Apple watch with my 6+ but have a major issue. My phone when connected to my Apple watch will crash. The screen when go black and the apple logo with appear then go to the unlock screen. This has happened countless times. Anyone else having this issue? It doesn't seem to be a particular app, it's very random and very annoying. I do have an 10:30 appointment tomorrow to get a tutorial on the watch and will bring it up. Just wanted to see if anyone else is having this issue or is it just me?

That's not happening on my 6 Plus. However, the watch app sometimes doesn't load and I get a black screen that I have to quit out of.

I know you probably tried this, but just in case, did you do a hard reset of the phone?

Thank you for the replies. I did a hard reset earlier and have yet to have it crash again but I also stopped using it. Hopefully it doesn't happen again. Thanks again.
