    hi!

Wonder if someone can help please?

My iPhone 6 has stopped charging via USB to my computers car! It's just stopped all of a sudden.

    Works fine via power outlet.

It was working a week ago but now doesn't, changed cables, changed USB ports buts it's all the same.

Tried restoring, reset, running the battery down, etc.

    Oh and I have ios9.

    Thank you!

Have you verified that the USB outlet in your car has power? Does you car have USB ports or AC outlet. Got volt meter?

Yeah, it works as it recognised the phone to play music through. It has been working and charging as well until last week. Very odd

Maybe your USB Lightning cable was not mfi certified. Apple routinely disables counterfeit or unauthorised cables through software update. Or the chip in your cable just died and it no longer works.

Hi, I've used the cable from the phone, iPad and iPod....all the same. Tried to downgrade to iOS 8 but iTunes says the phone can not be found gFter it extracts the software). Even though the phone appears and I can sync music no problem.....hump!
